Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy describes how MAMBA Ops handles information submitted through MAMBAOPS.com. The public website is currently used to explain MAMBA OS and collect interest in Early Access.
Information we collect
When you join Early Access, we may collect your name, email address, role, company, current CRM, approximate annual production range, and feedback you choose to provide about your workflow or CRM needs. We may also receive standard technical information associated with a website request, such as browser or server log information.
How we use information
We use submitted information to manage the Early Access list, communicate relevant product updates or pilot opportunities, understand user needs, improve MAMBA OS, maintain website security, and operate the website.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure and service providers to host the website, store Early Access submissions, and operate related product systems. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own applicable terms and security practices.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell Early Access contact information to advertisers.
Retention
We retain Early Access information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the product-development relationship, meet legal or operational requirements, or until we determine it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask to stop receiving product communications, by contacting hello@mambaops.com.

This policy covers the public MAMBAOPS.com marketing website. Additional terms and privacy information may apply to pilot or production versions of the MAMBA OS application before users are permitted to place live customer or borrower data into the product.
